All strollers, accessories, and equipment provided are the sole and exclusive property of Go Stroller Rental. The Renter agrees that the equipment was received in good, clean, and fully operational condition. The equipment shall be used exclusively for its intended purpose and in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s safety instructions (including weight limits and harness usage). - ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER (DISNEY & THEME PARK CLAUSE)
THE RENTER EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) ARISING FROM THE USE, TRANSPORTATION, OR POSSESSION OF THE RENTED EQUIPMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the Renter releases, waives, and forever discharges Go Stroller Rental, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for injuries or property damage sustained while using the equipment at any location, including but not limited to theme parks (e.g., Walt Disney World, Universal Studios), resorts, airports, or public streets. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- LOSS OR THEFT: Strollers must never be left unattended without securing the brake or in unauthorized areas.
